Mike asked:
I can’t really chew gum and I get very bad breath so how can I keep my breath fresh with Invisalign braces? I already brush, floss, and rinse twice a day.

Altoids lol
Listerene spray/strips, mints.
eat fresh parsley. chew it for several minutes, and don’t spit it out just eat it all.
Brush your teeth as much as you can and clean your invisalign at the same time; mouth wash, mints…
eat a bottle of relish. trust me, it works and IDK why
Hi,
Try using Therabreath Products. They are some of the best on the market today. A little expensive but they really do work.
Pocket Mist. I have a retainer, but the placement and stuff is overall the same. If you get one of the minty pock mists, 2 ’sprays’ should be good to go. Don’t do it in front of a girl though, it looks like you’re a bout to make a move. (Well, do it if you want to flirt!) xD
-hope this helps-
Maybe you are not aware of the latest information about the cause of bad breath? The tongue, or at least the top of the tongue where bacteria grow and produce bad breath. Your braces may be causing some amount of bad breath, but I believe most of your bad breath is coming from the top of your tongue. I also learned about a great new tongue cleaner, OraBrush, which can only be acquired on the internet. Here is their site:
